Back to school with good eyesight: the children’s eye test that makes all the difference

Much of a child’s learning depends on their vision. However, young children rarely complain: for them, poor vision is the norm. That is why many problems go unnoticed at home and in the classroom.

Lazy eye (amblyopia), strabismus and refractive errors can be treated, but time is of the essence: the earlier they are detected, the better the results. An eye test is particularly important before the age of 7, when the visual system is still developing.

At INOF, paediatric eye care is led by Dr Fernández-Agrafojo, a Doctor Cum Laude in strabismus surgery and a leading figure in paediatric ophthalmology, who uses technology such as the GazeLab video-phoropter for an objective and accurate diagnosis.

Before the school year begins, give your child the best tool for learning: good vision.

🎒 Before going back to school, make sure your children can see properly. Early detection makes all the difference.
